I always have a wonderful experience with Enterprise. It has always been my go to place. I even bought a 2007 Jeep from them in May of 2010

I was very pleased with the service in a difficult situation. I Kara,
Was in a pinch to get a specific vehicle for a work function. Call the main number for Enterprise and they located the vehicle I needed at this location. I made my reservation and headed to pick up the vehicle. When I got there, I was greeted by an employee that did not even bother to come out from the back, just shouted that someone would be up to help me shortly. A minute or so later after they finished their conversation about when the employee should be allowed to clock in, someone did come from the back and began to help me. It was then I was told they did not in fact have the vehicle I requested on the phone. I would give a 1 star if not for the fact that the employee did offer that they had similar but smaller SUVs, but that was not what I needed or requested. No further help was offered. I left, called the main number, they located another vehicle close by, I went there, got sorted out and on my way. I do not recommend this location.
Picked up my reservation in about 5 minutes and was on my way. Dropped off the car in about 5 minutes and was on my way. This really helps with easing the stress of traveling.

I rented a car from the Brooklyn Center MN location for a wedding and Kara made my experience seamless. Very professional and the car was top notch. She us definitely the best of your Managers I have ever encountered in all of the years I have rented from Enterprise.
