When we asked him about him sending the calls straight to the center, he said it was automatic...yet he had just answered the exact same line on the first ring!

I didn't like his service AT ALL so within 20 minutes of leaving, we tried calling back to learn the policy on returning vehicles right away. He never answered for the entire final hour, going straight to the national center, so we just kept the vehicle.
He gave us a card to call him directly if we needed anything.
THE WORST RENTAL CAR PLACE EVER VERY RUDE TRID TO CHARGE ME $22 for BEING 3 MINS LATE SO I SAID I'D KEEP FOR ANOTHER DAY! WHEN I RETURNED IT HE CHARGED ME A EXTRA $10 FOR KEEPING IT BUT DIDNT EPLAIN THAN WHEN I SAID I I WOULD KEEP FOR EXTRA CUZ IT WAS ONLY $8 more! I PAID IN CASH HE TRIED TO KEEP MY $2 CHANGE SAYING HE DIDNT HAVE CHANGE TO GIVE ME! I RENT FROM BUDGET ALL THE TIME BUT NEVER LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!! THE WAY HES THE OWNER & WANTS THE MOST MORE HE CAN GET OUT OF EVERYBODY HE SAID SO OUT HIS MOUTH

I had a very good experience at this location. Car was ready on time. Lee was courteous and had me on my way in less than 15 minutes. Great experience
This was by far the WORST car rental experience I have ever had. 1st, we reserved with a phone representative who gave us a nice price. When we arrived for pick up, the agent says that if we would have called, he would have said that he didn't have a car for us but because we were there already he would give us a very small vehicle. When we asked about an upgrade, he said he would charge us almost $100 more because he works off of commission pay, not hourly pay. We declined.

We called customer service and they refunded the additional day he tried to charge us. Overall, a horrible experience! I will never return to this location!

When we came to return it on the scheduled day, he wasn't at the desk. He left a number to call when service was needed. It was the exact same number on the card and he answered right away. He said that he was charging us for an additional day because we were less than an hour late. Come to find out he closed the contract out 35 minutes before we even left the first time. (we arrived for drop off 20 minutes later than initial pick up) He lied and said it was the computer and there was nothing he could do.
