I will be very honest in this post...
The staff is great, and anybody I've met who works here is very accommodating! Although the rooms are in really bad shape and could really use some repairs and/or upgrades and a massive cleaning overhaul.
It was an relaxing stay. But when I wanted an extension for a hr cause I woke up late. I was denied. 3 Stars. But everything else was just fine. I will look forward to going back in the near future.
But other then that I was very pleased with my stay.
I make it a point to stay at Motel 6 chain when traveling, but I will never stay at this location ever again. The desk clerk gave us a room that was already occupied the first time. We had to then take the creepy elevator back down to get that fixed. Then the room we were given was freezing and the window would not shut as someone probably the housekeeper had left it open and the heat was off in 19 degree weather. There was no shower curtain the bathroom tiles were all coming up. It was very noisy people knocking on your door and roaming the halls all hours being very loud . They had security but apparently they did not do much. I felt very unsafe. As well as I felt my vehicle wasn't safe either.
My Room was at the corner of the building and next door seemed to be something that sounded like a compressor that turned itself on in the middle of the night and was very loud.
The prices are very reasonable though, so I think it all depends on what kind of standard you hold as a customer. It served the purpose I needed it for, although in my opinion, I think it could be better.
I had a reservation for a room with two beds smoking set up two days in advance got there at 2 to pay said no room was available til 3 OK that's fine I come back at 3 still no room said I'd come back at 5 still no room at 7pm they still don't have a room I already paid for I ended up in a one bed room told to talk to them in the morning they would do something for my wait... went down in morning tried go talk to a lady who said we'll we didn't have a room and that's all I am going to say we don't make up for not having room it's too bad.. the man at night was nice the woman in the day Is very rude
The room was nice and very clean!
