Our company recently held a week-long meeting at the hotel and was very pleased by the amazing hospitality and high level of service we received. Nancy, the catering manager was incredible to work with and her staff members - Ron, Ester and Jose were second to none. The food was delicious, accommodations were great, and it was a great place to spend a week. We highly recommend!
Night front desk staff was less than helpful. Did not seem interested in giving a good customer experience. Room was clean, and the morning staff was much nicer. The parking at this hotel is so bad. You can't park anywhere near a door after 8PM and there are no side entry doors. Completely ridiculous.
I have stayed at the Embassy Suites for a wedding and have been enjoying a delightful experience. The hotel itself is close to the Twin Cities' downtown area. The reception and lobby is lovely, with seating, a bar, and an eating area. There is a nice - if a bit small - indoor pool. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a microwave and mini-fridge. My only complaints are the lack of a tub (shower only) and that there is absolutely no place to hang a towel: no towel rack, nothing. It is annoying to set wet towels back on the shelves. Otherwise, my experience has been delightful. The complimentary breakfast and the free happy hour drinks/snacks is a great benefit.
Stayed here on business. It was great. Fair price for a great room. From recreation area kitchen area, bathroom area. Great size, complimentary breakfast. Definitely using Embassy suites in the future
I stayed at this hotel the week of thanksgiving. While watching the news, there was a woman that was ROBBED at GUNPOINT,all caught on camera! In chicago.They interviewed the woman, and I noticed that it was, the young lady that works here! I said HEY, that's the young lady at the front desk. I dialed the front desk to confirm,that it was the young lady. NO ONE HAD A CLUE WHAT I WAS SPEAKING OF! I checked out on Saturday, asked AGAIN, about the young lady, Donna Hart. And it was confirmed that it was her! But was told she was no longer there. My heart goes out,to this young woman. She was so nice, and so funny. I wanted to tell her I was so sorry, that happened to her. But...for her coworkers not to have any knowledge of this, was a bit puzzling??? I do intend to look further into this. I grew very fond, of that young lady. She was definitely a compliment to the embassy suites hotel.
