The price was right but hotel needs renovations inside. Air conditioning noisy. Bathroom needed cleaning. No bedbugs found. Website does not provide good description for Suites. There is no door that you can close for the "bedroom". Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast okay. Good location. Good price.
Very nice hotel. The staff was always polite, and super nice to my kids. My kids really enjoyed the pool, breakfast & free internet. I like the breakfast i good options for kids and adults. Bathrooms were clean and well maintained.The room Was nice and very comfy beds. I'm still staying until tomorrow, but I would totally come back to the hotel. Thank you very much.
Great hotel. Very comfortable and updated. Staff is courteous. All around a great stay. The hotel could use a convenience store. Most of the other branded Best Westerns have them. This hotel would be perfect with one.
The hotel is located next to the freeway off ram, but very quiet at night. I slept well here during 3 night stay. The bed was comfortable, the room is large and clean. Breakfast has good selection, I really enjoyed it. There is indoor pool and fitness center on the ground floor, I did not use, but they look clean and well organized. There are many shops and restaurants in less than 10 minutes drive. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers, ton of free parking spaces, and you're 15 minutes to downtown Minneapolis, 25 minutes to State Capitol and Cathedral of St. Paul. Beside one elevator was not working, I have no problem/issue with my stay. I will stay here again when I travel to visit relatives in MN.
Check-in staff is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. During Check-in they offered explained the rewards program and upgrades. Breakfast was good, nice variety of hot items and well organized. Nice cozy lobby, comfortable bedroom, clean bathroom. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool. Great choice of TV channels and high speed internet - best value of your money.
