The clothes are cute and they have good prices, but their customer service needs work. I got to check out and I could tell right off the bat that the black female customer service person had an attitude, but I didn't say anything, everyone is entitled to their bad days after all. She acted like she was so busy looking through paperwork to acknowledge that I was standing at the register waiting to be checked out and when she finally did, I used my debit card to pay for the items and the transaction took forever to go through. I heard her ask another employee what was wrong with the internet or computers or something and after the transaction failed instead of telling me that there computers were down or what ever the case was, she said do you have another form of payment because this one isn't working. I said that there was nothing wrong with my card an she said well the register is actually telling me to take your card. I knew right away she was lying because I had just used my card and I knew what my balance was, but I pulled up my account anyways (while still standing inside the store) to make sure I wasn't mistaken. &Just as I thought there was nothing wrong with my card or my account. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I wish this store would hire people that actually wants to do their job. She should of been honest about what ever the situation was with their internet/computers. I honestly doubt that there was ever anything even wrong with them to begin with and she just wanted to take her bad mood out on me. & Yes her attitude was that bad!
3. NO dressing rooms!!
Pros (few):
2. Low prices
1.Tons of clothes (decent plus section)
Cons:
I wish there was an option for no stars. The store is a complete mess. The only section organized was probably the front of the store. The mess progresses as you go deeper into the store. There's no correlation to what they "organize" the clothes by. Many shoes and clothes were on the ground. There's an employee on a ladder to supervise the shoppers. That same employee also took my plastic bag from another store. I really wanted to shoot myself by then. I felt almost like a criminal when I have no intent of stealing anything. I lost interest in shopping, knowing that I'm always being watched. The clothes are fairly good knock-offs and the employees must hate their jobs anyways. But then again 1/10 would not enter again.
No fitting room available, even though you can see them behind the registers. Can only exchange, no returns allowed.
4. I had items in my hands, then I put them back because I decided it wasn't worth it
5. I overheard the manager (while still on the phone!) interact with a customer, telling her she had to leave her pool floatie at the back of the store, and he was very cold and borderline rude.
1. The store manager was sitting on a tall ladder by the entrance talking on the phone, I felt very uncomfortable the whole time I was there! That was too weird for me to handle, I couldn't shake the creepy feeling for an hour after I left!!
Nobody greets you when you walk in. Nobody asks if you need help finding anything. They have a shortage in shoes and accessories like jewelry sunglasses etc.
I will not be going back!
2. Low quality clothes
