If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete thumbs down. These kids will take the minimum pay grade. Checkers corporate or checkers management "Stop hiring these rude ass kids with no home training"! Every time I come, it's like they mad at customers. No one really wants to work. But you know what they say, all work and no play...Well take y'all asses home then!!!! Need a new professional location and professional staff. Where's undercover boss when you need them??? Food is good, but not good enough for my hard earn money. Me and my family ( that includes family friends) will not be going to dine in, drive thru, or even look at that disgusting mess of an establishment. Word of mouth is everything. Marketer's should know that. It's time to do a better job ppl. Shouts out to those who were fed up enough to leave a comment , just as well as I did.
I've always liked Checkers, but I'm not sure I will come back. Food was good. Service was terrible. Girl at the register was distracted by fellow employees in the dining area horsing around. Took longer than it should have to get our food. My chicken was cool/cold. While waiting for our food, I watched an employee who was still clocked in put gloves on. After putting the gloves on he pulled his pants up a couple times, messed around on a phone, pulled his pants up again, put his hands on the wall to brace himself while he and his friends were face timing someone. Then he was told to clock out, thankfully. It was like a party was going on. I don't hate the fact that they all get along so well, I just expect some sort of consideration for patrons trying to eat. That was definitely just an experience to say the least.
First time eating at checkers. Food was great. Great grease bomb burger and awesome fries. Location is kinda ghetto, restaurant is run down and service was not great but you're not there to make friends. Would definitely return for the food
Absolute worst service I've ever encountered. I'm always drawn in because their food is so good, but end up kicking myself when I come here. The service is atrocious. Minimum 30 minute wait, even if you're just ordering one burger. I live nearby, so I've been here at least a dozen times, and I've never been out in less than 30 minutes. Max was almost an hour.
Awful. Seen so many people leave the drive through because they've been waiting so long. Doesn't matter what time of day or night I try to come here, it's always too long of a wait.
Whoever is managing this place is failing. I could have driven to the food places on bass lake road and been back here before my order was even taken.
We love Cherckers. Drive through is S. L. O. W! Have waited over 45 minutes for 4 or 5 cars ahead of us. Amazing how many customers that drive away after waiting too long. Wonder how much money they miss out on from that.
