Multiple visits to this Bs. Very "Professional." I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this Bs. to anyone.
This is the absolute worst place you'll ever go for any car problems. I recently went there because I wanted to change one tire, which they recommended that I should do. Time to get the tires changed, they tell me they don't have any, l have to sit for about 5 hours while it's being ordered from Des Moines. Well I decided to take it across the street to change the tires at discount tires. I paid them $10 just for inspection. As I drive out of their parking lot, my car breaks down and they say they don't know what's going on with it. DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMS. They have no idea what so ever about cars. Don't let the uniform fool you.
Marty has been amazing, very helpful to my daughter who had no idea what to do, being so far away and dealing with a stressed daughter it was very nice to have someone looking our for her best interests and getting the repairs done ( brakes, ABS failure, frayed brake wires ) that were needed and at a decent price. He was very compassionate and went above and beyond to get her back on the road. Cant say enough positive things about this store, I wish more businesses operated like this. Kudos !!!!!!!
I scheduled an appointment for tires online and I got an email confirming that they'll be able to do the job. I get there for my appointment and was told they don't have the tires and don't see my appointment scheduled. I even showed them the confirmation. If that's how you guys do business, I won't be back to a firestone ever.
Fairly nice guys there.. There is one cranky guy... But other then that I've had good experiences. I got a great deal on tires. Sometimes you have to tell them no on some of the "repairs" you need... Or just need to know what your talking about.
